Description

Brown, beige, and black velvet signed handbag with removable brown leather shoulder strap, two signature ‘R’s in tiny gold squares on the front, and polished brass hardware. Includes spring loaded pin-style tension rods to allow for easy removal or change of brown leather shoulder strap. Interior in black leather with one zipper pocket and two divided sections, each with a card-sized pocket. Due to brass hardware, bag weighs 1lb 13oz.

About The Brand

Giuliana Coen started the handbag company in Venice, Italy in the 1950s. Soon, fashion icons like Grace Kelly, Elizabeth Taylor, Gina Lollobrigida, and Farrah Fawcett were spotted wearing her bags. Using famed quality Venetian fabrics such as velvet and brass hardware made from the same craftsmen who worked on Venice’s famous gondolas, she quickly rose to the top of the fashion world. In 1975, she opened a boutique on Fifth Avenue in New York City and in 1980, the Whitney Museum of American Art held an exhibit on her designs. The brand continues to this day.

We use the US Postal Service, UPS, and DHL to ship worldwide. Ground, 2nd Day Air and Next Day options are available at checkout.

We offer free ground shipping in the United States on qualifying orders of $500 or more.

For international shipments, Vanessa’s Vintage is not responsible for any additional customs fees, duty, or country-specific taxes that may be charged once the package arrives at the destination country. Those charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns & Exchanges

Domestic purchases shipped within the United States can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt. Items must be undamaged, and a return handling fee of $15 will be deducted from the refund amount. To request a return, please contact us here.
